What we collect
Account info (name, email), study activity (questions answered, scores, streaks, plan progress), and messages you send to the AI tutor. We don't collect more than we need to run the product.
How we use it
To run your adaptive plan and mastery map, show your progress, and respond to AI tutor questions. Tutor messages are sent to a third-party model provider (via OpenRouter) to generate a response; we don't sell that data.
Where it's stored
Account and study data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure), secured so only your account can read or write your own data.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@arcway.app.
