Terms of Service

1. Using Arcway

Arcway is an SAT prep product provided for personal, non-commercial study use. By creating an account you agree to use it honestly — no sharing accounts, no scraping the question bank, no reselling access.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Core, Pro) renew automatically at the interval you choose until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Score guarantee

The score guarantee is available to Pro subscribers only — it is not available on Free or Core plans. To be eligible for a claim, a student must: complete the full diagnostic test and select a target test date; remain continuously subscribed to Pro for at least 3 months before the claim date; complete at least 90% of their assigned study plan tasks between the diagnostic and their target test date. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving that score report, and a decision is communicated within 10 business days. If the verified score falls short of the guaranteed target and all conditions above were met, the student receives a refund of their most recent month's Pro payment.

Claims are reviewed manually by a real person — approvals aren't automatic.

5. AI tutor

Arc, the AI tutor, generates explanations using a third-party language model. Responses are for study help only — always double-check important academic decisions against your own judgment or a teacher.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
